Terms of Service
- Payment must be made in full before ads will run. Credit cards and PayPal accepted. Minimum payment is $10.
- All sales are final. No refunds if advertiser pulls ad.
- Rates are cost per thousand impressions (CPM) of the ad based on host server statistics.
- Tiwebb reserves the right to refuse or stop any ad for any reason.
- If Tiwebb stops showing an ad, Tiwebb will refund payment for the unused portion of ad time.
- Ad position may be requested but is not guaranteed. Ads will run "above the fold" on all pages of the website.
- Advertiser may provide Tiwebb with an ad image to host on our site or a link to an image on your site.
